Return Policy

At RADELI, we stand behind the quality of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • Must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

Contact Customer Service

Email us at returns@radeli.com or call 09025555098 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original box. Include the RAN on the outside of the package and ship to the provided address.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or fragrances within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

To exchange an item, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship your replacement once we receive your returned item.

Note: If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@radeli.com with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund including original shipping charges.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over ₦20,000. RADELI cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
